法律信仰与法律职业共同体的构建

我国依法治国方略的确立，吹响了走向法治之路的号角，法律职业共同体的形成是一国法治实现的标志之一，法律职业共同体的构建并不仅仅是法律职业群体的聚合，而是否具有法律精神内涵是判断社会中是否出现法律职业共同体的关键标准。因此，法律信仰的培育对于法律共同体的构建，对于依法治国伟大目标的实现具有极其重要的精神价值。本文从考察我国法律职业群体的法律信仰现状，以说明法律信仰的培育在法律职业共同体形成中的重要地位与作用。

The Foundation of the Law Believes and the Professional Association

The foundation of the strategy of governing the country according to the hw has blown the bugles of setting off along the road of laws. The settlement of the assembly body of the profeasional lawyer associations is one of the signals that may indicate whether laws have governed a country, and it is more than a combination of the professional lawyer groups by itself. The answer to the question that whether on internal law spirit has been existed in the society is the essential standard for judging whether the professional lawyer association will be emerging. And therefore the fosterage of the law spirit may bear great metal value in the setting- up of the law association and accomplishing the great goals of governing the country by law. This article begins its investigation on the present situation of the law believes d the profeasional lawyer associations, and focuses on the important position and function of the law believes in forming the professional lawyer association.
