Studies on early\|stage private universities in Changsha

Early\|stage private universities emerged in a very special historic period and came into being when the society was in great need of talents and when the young people were eager to mature. The phenomenon of name\|borrowing in the operation of those universities was attributed to the history. One of the two main organizational structure of those universities was the system of presidential responsibility under the leadership of governing board, while the other was under the leadership of school council. The early\|stage private universities were characterized by their initiative to meet the needs of society, the spirit of creativity, the courage of hard struggle from scratch.
