摘    要:当前的媒介教育实践存在"他者把关"弱化、"自我把关"阙失的信息调控窘境,其实质是他律式微在媒介教育中的客观反映。面对缺少他律,至少是难以及时实现他律这一信息环境常态,从个体自身入手,促进受教育者自我反省、自主建构符合自身个性需要的媒介文化观和信息价值观,培养他们的自我把关能力,不仅必要,而且迫切。就当前的媒介教育实践而言,良好的信息甄选能力、高度的信息自律能力、正确的媒介认知能力和完善的自我建构能力,应作为培养个体自我把关能力的四个基本着力点。

Abstract:The current medium education practice has the problems of low "others-check" and lack of "self-check".As the habitual declines of heteronomy in the information environment,pay attention to individuals themselves,promote their self-introspection,improve their ability of independent construction to form the correct notion on medium culture and information values,and eventually raise their "self-check" ability,which is not only essential,but also urgent.For the current medium practices,the good information selects ability,high information autonomy ability,the correct medium cognitive capacity and consummation self-construction ability,should be the four basic points of raising individual "self-check" ability.
