| 摘 要： | 实现高职教学资源的优化，就必须要讲究最大效能原则、集中配置原则、双赢原则、优先发展原则和持续发展原则。而这些原则的保证实施就要实行营造良好氛围的舆论策略、完善管理制度的规范策略、加大教改力度的改革策略、优化资源秩序的发展策略以及强化利用监督的评价策略。

| Abstract: | To achieve the optimization of teaching resources in higher occupational education, it is a must to stress the principles of maximal efficiency, centralized supplying, double winning, preferential development, and sustaining development. And the implementation of these principles should be based on the consensus strategies of establishing good atmosphere, regulation strategies of perfecting management system, reform strategies of strengthening teaching reform, the development strategies of optimizing the resources orders, the evaluation strategies of making use of supervision. |
