| 摘 要： | “十五”校长培训应实施开放性培训，着重培养培训对象的管理创新能力，教育评价能力，人才培养能力和教育科研能力，应改革传统的培训内容和方式，抓好预习、研讨、实践和科研成果汇报等四个环节，切实加强师资队伍建设，体现培训的针对性、时代性和探索性。

| Abstract: | A plan of training headmasters in the profect fifteen shoule be open, especially nurture the ob-ject's ability of management and creation, and the ability of valuing education and science research ability. They should change their traditional training and method. Do well in previewing, discussing, praticing and reporting the results, and so on. Build the teachers' troops, practically and strengthenly, reflect the training's focus times and explorations. |
