武汉体育学院教材管理工作改革的思考

根据全国高校教材管理工作改革的趋势,针对武汉体育学院教材管理工作存在的问题,进行了分析思考。指出为了适应日益深化的教学改革的需要,三大转变是改革的方向：从经验管理到现代化管理的转变,管理职能由单一的供应向供应、建设、研究三位一体的转变,单一服务向“服务为主,适度经营”管理理念的转变。

Considerations on the reform of the textbook management in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education

On the basis of the present situation of textbook management of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,the authors analyzed the existing problems with a combination of the reform tendency of textbook management in Chinese colleges.Three transformations must be realized to meet the need of teaching reform.Firstly,experience management must transform to modernizational management;secondly,the single management function must transform from supply only to the composite functions of supply,construction and research;thirdly,the management ideology must transform from service only to "service first and profits appropriately".
