| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of questionnaire and document reference,the paper makes an analysis of the characteristics of the rhythm and esthetics in Martial Arts routine training and performance forms,and offers some approaches for enriching the rhythm and esthetics in Martial Arts routine in order to strengthen and consummate the theory of esthetics in Martial Arts routine training. |
