对我省高职院校师资队伍建设的思考

近年来,我国的高等职业教育事业呈现了一个迅猛发展的局面,伴随这种激增的发展现状,各高职院校也出现了一系列亟待解决的问题,师资队伍建设则是关系成败、关系兴衰的大问题。我省高职师资队伍在结构性方面存在问题,必须采取有效措施,科学规划,建立一支专兼结合的高素质“双师型”教师队伍才能真正体现高职教育的特点。

In recent years,higher vocational educational cause has presented a rapidly development appearance in China,in pace with this current situation,it also has emerged a series of problems to be urgently resolved such as how to build the team of teachers successfully,and how to organize the framework of teachers.Meanwhlie the senior high vocational school teachers team has problems in the construction aspect,so we must take the effective measures,and make a comprehensive and scientific program to establish a high qualified and talent " the double teacher type" teacher team including the specific duty and part-time teacher,only in this way,can it really reflect the characteristics of the senior high vocational school education.
