摘    要:关系营销是20世纪末以来发展的新的市场营销管理模式,关系营销的核心是客户关系管理。本文从关系营销的内涵出发,提出了关系营销的关键是建立客户忠诚、探讨了建立客户忠诚,与顾客建立长期良好业务关系的种种策略。

Abstract:Relationship marketing has been the newly-developed management mode of marketing since the late 20th century,and the core of relationship marketing is the management of customer relationship.The article,based on the connotation of relationship marketing,regards the establishment of customer loyalty as the key to relationship marketing,and also puts forward various strategies on how to establish a long-term good business relationship with customers.
