| 摘 要： | 竞技活动、竞技项目存在和以使用什么样的技术获得运动成绩权利,都是由竞赛制度规定的.在我国50多年竞技体育发展过程中,竞赛制度作为促进竞技项目运动技术水平提高的一种制度性手段被系统而比较有效地运用,运动竞赛制度作为竞技体育制度中的一种重要的制度安排,它本质上体现着国家利益的需要,以及由这种需要所导致的在制度安排上的倾向性.运动竞赛制度安排中的竞赛设置和竞赛约束是主要的制度安排方式.

| Abstract: | Sports activities, the existence of sports events and the skills by which to obtain the right to sport achievements are decided by competition systems. In the fifty years of competitive sports development in China, the competition systems, as a systematic means to promote the skill level of sports events, have been carried out in a systematic and effective way. As an important systematic arrangement in the competitive sports system, sports competition systems, in nature, embody the needs of national interests and the tendency in system arrangements caused by such needs. The setting up and restraining of competition in sports competition system arrangement is the main way of system arrangement. |
