| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源存在着信息发布自由、标准不一、质量不等与检索的矛盾;信源广泛、内容丰富、类型多样与利用的矛盾;信息垃圾、网络病毒与信息利用的矛盾等。解决的办法是下载网络资源与本地资源合理结合,利用本地网络条件一次浏览,使用统一浏览工具,以及设立专题信息,进行有效链接等。

| Abstract: | There exist contradictions between the free-style, non-standard network information resources and its scientific retrieval; between the excessive, various information and its efficient categorization; between the junk information, viruses, etc. and efficient utilization. Therefore, the key is to download with set browsing tools network resources to the local library database to realize the network information resources integration, then categorize the data to achieve efficient link. |
