职业教育的训练性及其悖论

摘    要:如果说训练性历史地存在于职业教育实践中,似乎已经和教育本质属性形成悖论。事实上,很多情况下我们所实施的却是“训练性职业教育”。职业教育应当基于技术哲学和生命教化,实施充盈的“教育性职业教育”。

Abstract:Training in the practice of vocational education runs counter to the nature of education. As a matter of fact, the education we are carrying out is training-oriented vocational education. Vocational education should be based on technology and character growth, implementing full education-oriented vocational education.
