| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代后半期以来，外商对我国直接投资表现出明显的“独资化”倾向。本文对这一现象发生的原因和可能对我国造成的影响进行了分析，并提出了应对的措施建议。

| Abstract: | Since the later stage of the 1990s, there has been a tendency that the wholly foreignowned enterprises become the most popular mode for foreign investors in China. The paper analyses the causes and the influences of the tendency, and provides some countermeasures. |
