| 摘 要： | With an illustration of the concept of quasi-integrative organization, this paper analyzes the input and output of enterprise management from the bargaining and the communion of knowledge. A general model of quasi-integrative organization is built. A bargaining framework of quasi-integrative organization from the bargaining frequency and the communion of knowledge is given.
