对我国女性生育保险法律制度的思考

当今的中国随着改革的深入正面临着全球化和WTO所带来的挑战,我国作为发展中国家,应当在全球化带来的经济自由化浪潮中实现社会公平。切实维护妇女的合法权益,保障妇女在生育期间基本生活和医疗保健。通过研究我国现行的法律法规,结合具体国情,弥补我国生育保险制度的薄弱和不足,深化我国的生育保险改革,为我国的《生育保险法》提供立法建议,并完善妇女权益的社会保障体系。
