酒店企业对大学生员工需求现状调查分析

近年来，随着高校的不断扩招，开办酒店管理或旅游管理的高校也越来越多，招生数量也日趋见涨。但目前面临的窘境是：一方面酒店行业急需大量的人才而不可得，另一方面大量的大学毕业生难以找到合适的工作。因此，调查市场对酒店专业人才的具体要求，并在此基础上制定适应市场需要的人才培养计划，是当前高职办酒店管理专业一项重要工作，是当务之急。

Analysis of Survey on Demand Status of College Students Staff for Hotel Companies

Recently as the continual expanding enrollment of colleges and universities,there are more and more colleges and universities to run hotel management and tourism management,and the number of enrollment has the tendency of increasing.However,on the one hand the present dilemma is that a large number of talents urgently needed by hotel companies can not be met.On the other hand,a lot of graduates are difficult to find suitable work.Therefore,this paper surveys market on the specific demand of hotel professional talents.On this basis,it makes talents’ training plan to adapt to market requirement,which is one important job and very urgently for present higher vocational colleges to run hotel management major.
