Abstract:Under the condition of market economy,problems in management of competent people in state-owned enterprises are becoming increasingly serious.In order to build up the competitive ability of state enterprises,many measures should be taken to detain competent people.Mechanism of using talented people should be strengthened and the quality of the management personnel should be enhanced.
