农村教师专业发展的困境与出路

摘    要:从政策、制度、管理、资源、评价和教师自身角度分析制约农村教师专业发展的"瓶颈"因素,要实现农村教师的专业发展不仅需要教师的自身努力,更需要政府、教育行政、培训机构和学校等各个层面的"培训+支持+提供条件",为之营造良好的外部环境和发展空间,促进教育的均衡发展。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the elements of bottleneck which restrict rural teachers from developing their profession in policy,system,management,resources,evaluation and teachers themselves.To develop the teachers profession,it not only needs teachers' own efforts,but also needs government,educational administration,training institutions,schools and so on to provide training +support+conditions to build a good external environment and the developing space,to promote the balanced development in education.
