Problems of Rural Teachers' Professional Development and Countermeasures

This paper analyzed the elements of bottleneck which restrict rural teachers from developing their profession in policy,system,management,resources,evaluation and teachers themselves.To develop the teachers profession,it not only needs teachers' own efforts,but also needs government,educational administration,training institutions,schools and so on to provide training +support+conditions to build a good external environment and the developing space,to promote the balanced development in education.
