| 摘 要： | 国家创新体系中信息保障系统的运作呈现一种雁行模式。文章对雁行模式加以解释,对模式中的各个梯队进行分析以明确其功能,并进一步指出雁行模式的实现需要几个环节的共同努力。

| Abstract: | Information guarantee system's running presents a kind of wildgeese - flying model. This paper explains the model and analyzes each part of the model in order to make its function clearly, and to point out that the model' s realization needs a team - work of several links. |
