| Abstract: | American Federal Government has gradually been enhancing the intervention to education since 1950s,especially for educational equity.It makes use of policy tools such as persuasion,subsidization,regulation and direct provision of services to equalize access to basic education and results in a lot of disputes,which can enlighten us in the reform of elementary education in China. |
