美国校园危机管理探究——兼论国内高校突发事件的应对策略

美国是最早开展校园危机管理的国家之一。美国校园危机管理的特征和经验,主要体现为政府重视、责任明确、资源整合以及方法创新。与之相比,当前国内高校在安全管理上还存在着不少问题。为有效应对各种突发事件,建议从体制建设、体系构筑以及应用模式等三方面予以进一步完善。

A Probe into Campus Crisis Management in U.S

U.S. is one of the earliest countries that apply crisis management into schools.The characteristics and experiences of American campus crisis management are government's attention,clear obligation,integrated resources and innovative ways.Compared with U.S,there are still many problems of security management in domestic colleges and universities.To deal with the emergencies effectively,we suggest a further improvement from three aspects of structure-building,system construction as well as methods innovation.
