基于生涯发展的大学生就业观念调研

大学毕业生与用人单位匹配难是影响大学生就业率的一个重要原因,而毕业生的就业观念与生涯认知缺失是导致匹配难的一个重要影响因子。通过对宁波四所高校部分毕业生就业观念的调研,从生涯发展的角度提出引导学生重新定义"好"工作,教育学生重视职业生涯规划,鼓励学生实现自主创业等建议,希望能有助于破解匹配难的问题。

Research on University Students Employment Concept Based on Career Development

It is hard to match university graduates and employers,which has become an important reason affecting the employment rate,and the lack of the concept of employment of graduates and career cognitive are important influence factor for this.Based on the research of four university graduates employment,this paper gives the proposals of re-defining ＂good＂ jobs,helping students to emphasize career planning,encouraging them to start their own business in order to solve the matching problem.
