| 摘 要： | 分析了青奥会知识产权的主体、客体以及青奥会知识产权的侵权形式。针对青奥会多种侵权形式应采取协商、调解、民事诉讼、行政诉讼和刑事诉讼等多元化的救济措施,才能保护好青奥会知识产权的商业价值不受侵害。
