| 摘 要： | 辅导员工作课程模式化是以课程的形式规划学生管理的工作内容,以教学的标准要求工作行为,达到辅导员履行教师角色,优化工作方式,提升教育效果。对于辅导员的自身定位与辅导员的队伍建设都有着积极的意义。从日常思想教育的视角,探索高职院校辅导员工作课程化模式的路径,有利于明确辅导员在高职院校中的地位,加深辅导员的获得感、幸福感,以实现提高辅导员工作的实效性。

| Abstract: | The curriculum mode of counselor's work is to plan the work content of student management in the form of curriculum,and to request the work behavior according to the teaching standard,so as to fulfil the counselor's role of teacher,optimize the working mode and improve the educational effect.It has positive significance for the counselor's own positioning and the counselor's team construction.From the perspective of daily ideological education,exploring the path of curriculum mode of counselors'work in higher vocational colleges is conducive to clarifying counselors'status in higher vocational colleges,and deepening counselors'sense of gain and happiness,so as to improve the effectiveness of counselor work. |
