| 摘 要： | 要把1+X证书的内容纳入学校和学生的日常课程体系、人才培养计划、培训课程、实习考核、毕业鉴定等环节,使学生在校学习不再仅仅是为了完成学业,还要学会社会最认可和最需要的求职技能。国家提出的毕业就是就业,职业教育培养出适应社会的职业人才,已不再是空谈。深入研究校企合作机制是学生毕业后成功创业就业的重要保障。抛开传统的校企人员,企业只依靠"1"的理念,为学生在"X"中寻找更多的可能,采取更符合社会普遍需要的策略,调整1+X证书的校企合作机制势在必行。

| Abstract: | The content of 1+X certificate should be included in the daily curriculum system, talent training plan,training courses, internship assessment, graduation appraisal and other links of schools and students, so that students can not only complete their studies, but also learn the most recognized and needed job-hunting skills. The country has proposed that graduation means employment, and vocational education is used to cultivate professionals suitable for society. The deep study of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is an important guarantee for successful entrepreneurship and employment of students after graduation. It is imperative to find more possibilities for students in "X", adopt strategies more in line with the general needs of society, and adjust the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of 1+X certificate. |
