唐山市城镇化进程途径的思考

目前，唐山市城镇化水平尽管居于河北省首位，但也存在一些不容忽视的问题。为此，必须纠正认识上的偏差，找准城镇化的切入点；科学规划合理的城镇发展体系；加速推进产业结构升级，以此带动城镇化进程；改革小城镇建设的投资体制，逐步完善多元化的小城镇建设投入机制。

At present, Tangshan leads the change of the countryside into cities and towns in Hebei Province, and there still exist some problems that cannot be neglected. Therefore, we must find the right cut-in by correcting the warps in cognition, regulate the development system scientifically, accelerate the upgrade of industry structure to drive the changing course, and reform the system of investment on small cities and towns to perfect gradually the devotion system to build multi-layer small cities and towns.
