Classes are the most basic form in a variety of school educational management.As a new educational and teaching level in our higher education,the vocational colleges should pay more attention to classes management in order to develop healthily and quickly to have its own distinguishing feature.Democratic management is an important part of classes management,so the multiway democratic management is an important premise of having a good classes management in the vocational colleges.In this article,the writer does some multidimensional thought about democratic management from moral education,teaching,life,and environment of classes.
