规模经济与反垄断法

在我国加入WTO的今天,跟随国际化的脚步愈走愈紧。我国究竟应不应该尽快制订《反垄断法》?本文通过分析得出,作为许多人主要顾虑的规模经济问题与反垄断法并不矛盾。规模经济是一国发展经济、增强实力的必要条件和必然趋势;反垄断法则是遏制由规模经济导致的垄断现象的一贴良药,并且还为进一步的发展规模经济创造良好的环境。

Scale Economy and Anti-Monopoly Law

In these days of our country's entering WTO , internationalizing steps are faster and faster. Should we make Anti-Monopoly Law as quickly as possible? By analyzing it is concluded that the problem of scale economy, which is main concern of many people, is not conflicted with the Anti-Monopoly Law at all. Scale economy is the necessary condition and the inevitable tendency of developing economy and enforing strength of one country; while Anti-Monopoly Law is an effective tool keeping monopoly with limits, which is resulted by scale economy. Furthermore.it will creat good environment for developing scale e-conomy.
