| 摘 要： | 揭示铅球运动员合理滑步速度,以相关文献资料分析为基础,运用生物力学方法对我国女子青少年铅球运动员的合理滑步速度进行研究。力求完整滑步技术动作结构的简单化;分解练习动作"边缘"要模糊;滑步速度和最后用力速度应合理"配置"。
