| 摘 要： | 《全日制义务教育数学课程标准》根据数学自身的发展、教育观念的更新、学习心理的规律和数学教育的现状等，提出了促进学生全面、持续、和谐发展的课程目标和数学课程的基本观念，归纳起来，表现在以下几个方面：关于面向全体与个性发展，关于创新，关于教学中心，关于评价，关于现代信息技术。

| Abstract: | According to the development of math, the advance of educational ideas, the law of learning phychology and the situation of math education, the aim and basic ideas of math are put forward that promotes students' overall and harmonious growth in Standard of Mathes in Full-Time Compulsory Education. Summing up, the aim and basic ideas are shown in the following aspects: facing the whole and personlity, blazing new trails, the main body of education, evaluation and modern information technology. |
