试论西南地方实力派在民主革命中的地位和作用

西南地方实力派在中国民主革命历史上地位如何，历来在史学界众说纷纭，有的把它同蒋介石集团完全等同起来，有的认为它与北方地方实力派如一丘之豹。笔认为它虽与上述两大顽固势力及与进步势力有着错综复杂的关系，又与与他们有着重大差别的独具特色的一派。西南地方实力派大多参加了资产阶级民主革命， 推动了北伐战争的胜利，积极抗战，最终又走向人民，为中国民主革命的胜利作出了一定的贡献。

Position and Role of Southwest China Local Actual-Strength Class in China Democratic Revolution

The position and role of Southwest China local actual strength class in China democratic revolution is open to discussion in history circle. Some one equals them with Jiang Jieshi group and some other thinks they are same as the North actual strength group. The author thinks that though they do have complicated relations with the above two, they have their unique characteristics with great difference from the above two. Most of the Southwest China actual strength class take part in bourgeois democratic revolution, prompted the victory of the Northern Expedition, actively fought against the Japanese invasion and turned to people at last, and did certain contribution to the victory of China democratic revolution, which is worthwhile affirming.
