| 摘 要： | 新疆大学作为边疆民族区域地方高校,肩负着培养少数民族高层次人才的主要职能。在发展实践中,逐步建构起以“梯田模式”为基本特征的民族高等教育人才培养体系:夯实两个基础平台、构建三个质量维度和突出一个德育制高点,即“汉语授课模式” “分层培养模式”的智育大平台,“科技班模式” “少数民族理工科人才培养模式” “特色学科高层次人才培养模式”的三个质量维度,以及“三课模式”的德育制高点,并在人才培养全过程贯穿因材施教与按需施教的多维互动。
