| 摘 要： | 面对目前大学毕业生就业难的普遍现象，本文提出：高职院校市场观念的实质就是要紧密把握市场脉搏，使受教育者真正学会和掌握参与市场竞争的能力，学会生存的能力。高职院校应把就业竞争能力作为人才培养的首要目标。

Therefore, higher vocational colleges should take employment competition ability as the first goal of students training. |
