On Liu Shaoqi's Ideological and Work Ways of Regulating National Economy in the Early Period of 1960s

In the early period of 1960s, in dealing with the serious economic mistakes that arose in our Pary and state and how actively carrying out the policy of "regulating, consolidating, replenisning and raising", the ideological work ways held by Liu Shaoqi displayed still more mature. He Adhered to the ideological line of being practical ad realistic ; analysed the main reasons that caused economical difficulties; held materialist dialectics; made much of economical laws ; stuck to mass lines ; concerned with the weal and woe of the masses and maintained that the Party's correct leadership in mass movement must be strengthened.
