| 摘 要： | 提高农民收入的根本途径是转移农村劳动力。其转移途径概括为:立足农业,依托工业,落脚于城镇化建设,走一条靠农业内部消化、工业广泛吸纳、城镇化最终消减农村劳动力的路子,最终实现减少农民、富裕农民的目的。

| Abstract: | The fundamental method for increasing peasants' incomes is transferring rural labor force. The transferring ways can be concluded as the following: based on the agriculture, depended on the industry, started from urban construction and found an effective method to accept the rural labor force. The final goal is to decrease the number of the peasants and increase their incomes. |
