摘    要:由于民族文化的差异性,人本主义管理在不同的国家有不同的效果。人本主义管理模式应该与文化相适应,表现在企业当中,即是企业需要向员工灌输企业文化,并且随着环境的变化不断发展、创新文化。

Abstract:The administration that centers on man is affected by culture, and because of the differences from national cultures , the administration that centers on man gives rise to different effects in different countries. The types of administration that centers on man should adapt to cultures. Enterprises need to imbue the workers with their enterprise cultures and constantly develop and renew their cultures.
