| 摘 要： | 高校的班级管理一直是高校学生管理工作中的重点和难点。本文在论及高校班级管理现状的基础上,构建了一种高校班级民主化改革的新模式———双轨制,以期给当前高校的班级民主化改革提供一种新的思路与途径。
