论白娘子形象的塑造

摘    要:白娘子形象的塑造经历了三个发展阶段:蛇妖期形象、半人半兽期形象、美和爱的化身。方成培受到清中叶个性解放思想的激扬,在《雷峰塔》传奇中,把白娘子塑造成为一个美丽、坚贞、忠于爱情、有斗争精神和奉献精神的中国女性的典型、美和爱的化身,从而使白蛇传故事的主旨由宣扬色空观念、人妖不能共处转变为对追求爱情婚姻自由的歌颂,这是白蛇传故事发展的巅峰。白娘子形象的演变包含了广大人民的思想情感和审美情趣,同时也是社会对女性、对情欲的宽容度的反映。

Abstract:The representation of Madame White Snake consists of three stages,namely,the snake genie,the semi-human,and the incarnation of beauty and love.Influenced by the ideas about liberated individuality during the middle of Qing Dynasty,Fang Chengpei portrayed Madame White Snake in his Leifeng Pagoda as a typical Chinese woman,who is beautiful,faithful,and devoted to love,struggle and self-sacrifice.In the romance,Madame White Snake is the incarnation of beauty and love,which set Fang's story different from the past advocation of abstinence of sex and the impossibility of co-existence of man and monster,and develops the white-snake story to its summit by making an ode to the pursuit of free love and marriage.The changed representation of Madame White Snake reveals the social tolerance of women and eros,as well as embodies the tastes,thoughts and feelings of the general public.
