| Abstract: | Systematic resoarch has been done on current employment statement and its causes for graduates from PE institutes in China in the way of statistics, documents and typical surveys. Results show that the rate of employment for those graduates is low compared with other majors and ranks the last, below the half of the average rate of the whole. The graduate employment is typical of shortage, difficulty and narrow choice. The causes are that, the profession arrangement and course aim are. not proper, that the graduates are poor talented, and that the employment system and personnel storage are increased. The article raises some corresponding measures and suggestions. |
