本文从新时期学生干部的素质要求和培养方法入手,分析了目前高校学生干部队伍的现状和存在的问题,对如何培养高素质的学生干部提出了严把选拔关、加强思想政治教育、建立合理的监督、考评和奖惩机制等对策,确保学生干部队伍的质量。

On the Cultivation of College Student Cadre

This paper starts from the discussion about the quality requested for college student cadre and the way to cultivate them in the new period.It analyzes the current condition and open problems of college student cadre.On how to cultivate student cadre of high quality,it gives several suggestions,such as making a strict check on selection,strengthening ideological and political education,setting up rational systems of supervision,evaluation,rewards and punishment.
