| 摘 要： | 针对高校签订技术合同中出现的一系列问题进行深入分析，提出如何加强技术合同管理和维护自身合法权益的有效措施。这有利于高校顺利开展科研活动、尽可能避免技术合同纠纷，促进高校与企业的合作、使高校科技成果尽快转化为现实生产力。

| Abstract: | It deeply analyzes the problems appeared in technical contracts in universities,and puts forward some effectiv measures for strengthening the management of technical contracts and protecting their legal rights. These measures are bneficial to smoothly carry out S&T development activities,avoid bothers in technical contracts,stimulate the cooperation between universities and enterprises,and quicken the transformation of S&T achievements into real productivity. |
