潍坊市初中骨干教师培训调查分析

根据潍坊市初中骨干教师培训实施方案的要求 ,我们对 1999和 2 0 0 0年度培训结业的初中各科骨干教师进行了跟踪调查。在对调查结果统计整理的基础上 ,结合我市教育教学的实际情况和骨干教师的成长规律 ,找出了培训工作的差距 ,分析了原因 ,为提高骨干教师省级、市级培训质量 ,提出了几点具体的要求和改进措施。

An Analysis on the Investigation of the Training of the Junior Middle School Core Teachers

According to the requirement of the Training Plan of the Junior Middle School Core Teachers in Weifang City, this paper has found out where the training work falls short, analyzed the cause, and then put forward some specific requirements and improving measures, based on the statistical data from the investigation, in the light of specific conditions of education and teaching in our city as well as the law of the development of the core teachers.
