| 摘 要： | 利用SWOT分析法对和谐高校建设过程中内部条件的中心问题进行分析，重点包括大学定位分析、人力资源分析、大学文化分析、教学和科研活动分析等，在此基础上为构建和谐高校开发出SO、WO、ST、WT四种战略。
