摘    要:基于量子力学可以获得速度的测不准关系,这样光速作为速度也将是测不准的.在小时空范围和高能时,光速应有统计涨落.这些结果和真空中光速恒定原理存在矛盾.相对论和量子论只有在它们发展以后才能完全统一

Abstract:The speed of light in vacuum is usually considered as one of the fundamental constants.But quantum mechanics implies uncertanty relations of veleocity.So as an observable velocity,the speed of light will be uncertain.The corresponding uncertainty relations are obtained.So long as the uncertainty principle holds,the speed of light c necessarily possesses uncertainty;moreover,when space,time and the frequency of light are made more definite,c becomes less definite.Further,the concrete form of the uncertaity relation is a secondary problem,since the speed of light as a ratio between space and time should be restricted by the uncertainty principle on space time.The speed of light should have the statistical fluctuations within a small space time and at high energy.This result contradicts the constancy of vaccun light speed assumed in relativity theory.Some new theoretical researches and new experimental results,which include that photon can be localized in space,are discussed briefly.Author believes that relativity and quantum theory will be able to be unified completely only after both are further developed.In this paper,relativity is developed in a region where quantum theory is applicable,the first result is that the speed of light will be uncertain,changeable and statistical fluctuating.
