| 摘 要： | 依据创建体育传统项目学校的实践，注意到在小学体育传统校建设工作中还存在着比较突出的三个工作难点，即：“项目间的差异与检查评估标准中加分因素的不平等性”；“校代表队队员升学问题的复杂性”；“关于体育传统校老师教练与体校教练老师的比较”，对此进行剖析与研究，就解决这些工作难点提出看法。
