| 摘 要： | 面临着网络时代的来临，随着国际竞争的加剧，培养出具有高综合素质，具有创新意识和才能的的人才是时代的召唤，也是教师的责任。在新的条件和背景下，研究教师整合现代媒体技术能力成为必要。本试着从定义现代媒体整合能力，分析该能力的两个层次入手，发表了自己的看法。
