| 摘 要： | 教师的专业发展需要内力和外力的推动，其中主要包括教师社会地住、教师资格认证及教师专业自主发展。自20世纪80年代以来，我国在上述各方面做出了一些努力，取得了一些成绩，但总体仍存在一些不足，因此需要政府和社会共同努力，完善相关的法律和制度，组织对教师的有效培训，加强行动研究，以达成教师专业发展的顺利实现。
