制冷与空调技术专业实践教学模式的创新与实践——以广东工业大学材料与能源学院为例

针对广东工业大学材料与能源学院制冷与空调技术专业的特点和目前实践教学环节存在的问题,提出建立校企联合实践教育中心,采取课题式的实践教学模式并进行了实践。通过仿真学习与现场参观相结合的认识实习教学模式以及集中与分散相结合的生产实习教学模式的实施,制冷与空调技术专业实践教学取得了良好的效果。

Innovation and Practice on Practice Teaching Mode of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology Major:A Case Study from School of Materials and Energy at Guangdong Polytechnic University

This thesis put forward the establishment of school-enterprise joint practice training center based on the features of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology major and problems existing in the present practice teaching processes.The project-based practice teaching mode was adopted in the teaching practice.By means of simulated study and scene-visit combining centralized with dispersed practice mode,the refrigeration and air-conditioning technology teaching practice had been proved effective.
