如何铸就个人的讲课风格

讲课是一门科学,也是一门艺术。讲课是体力劳动和脑力劳动的结合,是一项艰苦细致而复杂的工作。老师一个人在讲台上讲课,要让台下几十个人都听得懂,是一件十分困难的事情。本文从百家讲坛讲课风格及分类、确定个人讲课风格、讲课风格注意事项、讲课风格理想要求等五个方面进行了初步的研究和探讨,目的在于提高广大教师的授课能力和教学水平,使听课者更加喜欢学习和善于学习,真正实现传道、授业和解惑的作用。

On How to Create Teacher's Personal Teactfing Style

Teaching,the combination of physical labor and mental labor,is not only a science but also an art.It is a kind of hard,precise and complicated work.It is very difficult for a teacher to give a lecture on the platform to make all the students understood.This paper discusses and probes into five aspects: teaching styles in "the Lecture Room" and its classification,selection of personal teaching style,tips in teaching and the ideal teaching style.It aims at improving teachers’ teaching ability and level,which can make students enjoy studying and be good at studying,thus achieving such basic teaching functions as imparting,instructing and disabusing.
