| Abstract: | Style of work construction is eternal topic of cadre team construction, ability construction is new demand to cadre team construction during new period, new mission. As a middle-young aged leading cadre, it will not inspire popular confidence and take on historical mission during the comprehensive and great comfortably-off society career until they cultivate excellent style of work and train themselves hard to perfect their skill. |
